Forever guarantees the quality of their product range within the United Kingdom. If you are not completely satisfied with any item purchased from us within 60 days of purchase please call us on 01273 557109 /  0845 815 0095.

To claim under this guarantee return the product container to us with the receipt issued by Fred Messias your independent distributor. We cannot process a refund without both the container and the receipt. If the product and the receipt are not returned within 60 days of the purchase date shown on the receipt no refund is payable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Note this guarantee does not apply to distributors or wholesale buyers.

Shipping

All orders within the UK are delivered free of charge. We will normally ship your order within 7 days of receipt using Royal Mail. If any products are out of stock we will back order them for you. If delivery is likely to take more than 10 days we will contact you and give you the option to cancel that item.

Online orders are only available within the United Kingdom.
